Here is the Chakra Cleansing Meditation:

This audio is a short cleansing meditation. You will be taking deep breaths in through your nose and out through your
mouth. You will hold your hands near your chakras and breathe in counting to three at each chakra. If you don’t know the location of the chakras listen to the instructional audio above. Audio is at the bottom of the page
